Energy

Energy is part of Chapter 7 in our physics book. Work (w) - is the transformation of energy from one form to another. Energy is the ability to do damage. So to calculate energy work = force times distance. So to maximize the work you need a big force for large amounts of distance. So in the picture on the left you can see a car going uphill. The car has a pretty big force because of its mass and it also is going uphill which makes it a big distance.
